We normally offer one-on-one sessions and in-person workshops within 30 miles of Oxford, UK.

  • Individual Clients

    Personalised Coaching Programs

    - Format: One-on-one sessions, either in-person or virtual.

    - Description: Customised coaching plans focusing on personal development, overcoming creative blocks, and enhancing emotional well-being.

    Fees are £85 for a 50 minute session

  • Corporate, Clubs, and Associations Clients

    Personnel Wellness Initiatives

    - Format: Webinars, workshops, and ongoing support programs.

    - Description: Initiatives focusing on mental health, stress management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Creative and Wellbeing Workshops

    (for both Individuals and Corporate Clients, Club Members, and Associations Personnel)

    We aim at providing workshops with an immediate and transformational practical use

    Here follows a list of workshops currently available:

    1. An Introduction to Wellbeing and Positive Psychology – 3 hours

    2. An in-depth 6-part 2 hours (1 subject per week) workshop series investigating Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health

    We do also customise workshops to suit our clients’ brief.

    Small group sessions, available both in-person and online.

    Interactive workshops aimed at fostering creativity, self-expression, and personal growth.
